All content presented on the Cloudify360hub platform—including live session video recordings, pre-recorded lectures, coding tasks, project repositories, course curriculum, presentations, quizzes, graphic elements, and logo assets—is the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Cloudify360hub.

Strict Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, screen-recording, downloading (unless explicitly permitted), redistributing, publishing, sharing logins, selling, or creating derivative works of our course contents. Any such act violates Indian copyright laws and will result in immediate termination of course access without refund and appropriate legal action.

Enrollment in Cloudify360hub courses is subject to payment of the specified tuition or registration fees:

• All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard government taxes unless noted otherwise.
• Payments must be made in full or via approved installment plans before gainful access is provided to learning portals or live sessions.
• We utilize secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide valid credentials and authorized payment details.
• For customized corporate training programs, payment milestones will be governed by individual service contracts.

We maintain a professional, collaborative, and inclusive learning ecosystem. Students are expected to adhere to high moral standards:

• Professional Respect: Interact respectfully with mentors, organizers, and peers. Harassment, verbal abuse, or use of offensive language during live sessions or chat rooms will not be tolerated.
• Academic Honesty: Complete your assessments, live coding reviews, and capstone projects with integrity. Plagiarism or copy-pasting projects from peers is strictly forbidden.
• System Integrity: Do not attempt to disrupt the portal performance, distribute malware, or access hidden API routes of our website.

Violations will lead to immediate lockouts from course portals, denial of certificates, and termination of placement assistance without any warnings or fee refund.
