Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Our Services

Cloudify360hub offers premium educational training, live cohorts, live mentorship sessions, and digital resource tools.

Because our courses are digital services with immediate allocation of digital assets—including learning portal credentials, pre-recorded modules, cloud lab credentials, and live mentorship seat locking—we enforce a structured, transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy to protect both our academic operations and our students.

Please read this policy carefully before registering for any of our educational services.

2. Refund Eligibility & Rules

We provide refunds strictly under the following set of clear conditions:

Refund Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be submitted **within 24 hours of enrollment/payment** AND **strictly before the course commencement date or before accessing any portal content**.

Note: A standard processing fee/transaction fee (usually 3% to 5% of the total amount charged by the payment gateway partner like Razorpay) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund sum.

Any request submitted outside this 24-hour window, or after the course has officially commenced (whether live or self-paced), is absolutely ineligible for any refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Fees are **100% non-refundable and non-cancellable** under the following situations:

  • The cohort/course has commenced, or live lectures have begun.
  • The student has logged into the learning management system (LMS) portal.
  • The student has downloaded, viewed, or accessed learning study guides, assignment sheets, or code repositories.
  • The student has received cloud practice credentials, technical licenses, or mentor allocations.
  • Partial course fee installments or registration booking fees.
  • Lack of interest, changes in personal schedule, or mismatch in individual expectations (as we provide a detailed syllabus outline prior to enrollment).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the valid 24-hour eligibility window, please follow these steps:

Use the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Course Name]".

Attach your **Payment Invoice / Receipt** showing the Transaction ID, enrollment date, and amount paid. Specify the valid reason for cancellation.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is received and verified for eligibility, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection via email.

If approved, your refund will be initiated immediately. In accordance with standard banking and payment gateway operational cycles in India:

5 - 7 Working Days

It takes standard processing time to credit the amount back to your original source account (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card).

6. Cohort Rescheduling & Cancellation

By Cloudify360hub: If a scheduled training cohort is delayed or postponed by Cloudify360hub for **more than 30 days** due to logistical reasons or mentor unavailability, enrolled students will be given the option to:

  • Request a full 100% refund of the course fees paid (without gateway deductions).
  • Transfer their enrollment to the next immediate available cohort batch at no extra cost.

Force Majeure: Under extreme situations like natural disasters, government lockdowns, or major cyber-attacks that suspend operations, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
